Diversity Reporting and Tracking System (DRTS)
Our web portal application facilitates the information capture, management, and measurement of diversity supplier management programs with ease of use and extreme customization. Frequent reporting of MBE/DBE utilization is tracked with respect to pre-defined contract, department, and company-wide commitments. These key performance indicators are made available through standard and adhoc web reporting. Built-in alerts are available for notification of customer-defined thresholds, triggers, and certification management. This product was developed using .NET technology standards for integration with existing environments or as a stand alone web portal.

Cash Receipts System (CRS)
The Cash Receipts System (CRS), our flagship software product, is highly acclaimed as the first truly customized solution to revenue receipt and fee collection problems. This comprehensive application serves as the core of a complete treasury management information system. It is a client/server-based application with comprehensive billing components ( service fee calculation, discount/penalty calculation, and customer account maintenance, etc.) and cash receipts components (all standard walk-up/drive-thru window revenue receipt features and bank lockbox revenue processing features). Designed with open database connectivity (ODBC) standards and portal architecture for easily interfacing other revenue systems.

Membership Management System (MMS)
A web-based application with comprehensive enrollment and accurate membership tracking features (member participation and member contributions). Reports can be generated for local, district, and national levels. The application incorporates Microsoft SQL Server® therefore immediate retrieval of statistical and historical data is provided using standard and ad hoc queries.

Workforce Management System (WMS)
A client/server-based application which provides online assignment of individual personnel, departments, or organizations to specific tasks or projects. Online monitoring is also provided, as each person, group, or department may view only those tasks/projects to which each is assigned, while managers may view tasks/projects assigned to multiple persons, departments, or organizations. This product may be used as a stand-alone application, or it may be used in conjunction with another product—i.e., the Complaint and Resolution Tracking System (CRTS). The application incorporates Microsoft SQL Server® therefore immediate retrieval of statistical and historical data is provided using standard and ad hoc queries.

Complaint and Resolution Tracking System (CRTS)
A client/server-based application which provides online recording of complaints and all activities related thereto, up to and including resolution. Each stage of the complaint process (i.e., initial registration, research, resolution, and approval) is tracked by a unique case number. This product may be used as a stand-alone application, or it may be used in conjunction with another product—i.e., the Workforce Management System (WMS). The application incorporates Microsoft SQL® therefore immediate retrieval of statistical and historical data is provided using standard and ad hoc queries.
